St. John Grace Theological Seminary was established with the mission of deeply exploring and practicing God’s grace through biblical teachings and theological studies. The seminary, a nondenominational institution that follows biblical principles, is named after St. John, emphasizing theological education centered on divine grace.
As the beloved disciple of Jesus Christ, the Apostle John bore witness to God’s grace and truth, profoundly expressed in his writings—the Gospel of John, the Epistles of John, and the Book of Revelation. In John 1:17, he declared, “Grace and truth came through Jesus Christ,” highlighting divine grace as the foundation of faith.
Inspired by the words of Revelation 22:21, “The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen,” the seminary seeks to raise theological leaders who understand and share God’s grace with the world.
